Serve as is (1 tablespoon every 2-3 days). Shake the bag well before use, as settling may occur.

Mix into plain seed blends—2 tablespoons per kilo
Add to foraging toys and trays for extra enrichment.

Be mindful of your bird’s energy needs when offering nuts. Less active birds or those prone to weight gain should have them in moderation.
