🚫 Shipping Restrictions – Western Australia & Tasmania

Due to strict quarantine laws, some products cannot be shipped to Western Australia or Tasmania.

We’ve created this page to help clarify what’s restricted and how Pixie Paws Pets handles affected orders.

❗ Why Are Some Items Prohibited?

Western Australia and Tasmania have unique quarantine regulations to protect their ecosystems. This means certain items — especially those containing seeds, nuts, or plant matter — are not permitted for import.

📦 What Happens If I Order a Prohibited Item?

    If your order contains a restricted item, we will email you to offer the choice to swap it for a different product. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the restricted item to your original payment method and ship the remainder of your order.

    • Nuts in Shell
    • Sprouting Blends
    • Soaking Blends
    • Foraging Materials
    • Any other product containing seeds, nut etc.

    Note: Restricted items are clearly labelled on their product pages.
    For example, under the 📦 Shipping not available to TAS/WA, items that cannot be shipped to WA or TAS include this note:
